Furthermore, we can transfer the total amount outstanding as well as your personal data to a debt collection agency in cases of default.

By becoming a member of cobby, you agree that we may process and use your personal data for marketing measures such as sending e-mails with general information or advertising character (newsletter, e-mails for information purposes). We may also pass on the data to auxiliary persons in Switzerland and abroad as well as affiliated companies and group companies that advertise on our behalf. On cobby, functions (so-called plugins) of various third-party social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) are integrated. These plugins enable visitors to share content in social networks. By becoming a member of cobby, you agree that we may collect, process, use and disclose, as far as it is necessary in individual cases and if there are plausible indications, those personal data that are necessary to uncover and stop fraudulently posted offers and other illegal or non-contractual use of the services of cobby. In addition, we may be required to disclose personal data in response to a judicial or administrative inquiry (e.g. request for information) in connection with an investigation or administrative proceeding or on suspicion of a criminal offense or illegal activity.
23. Storage and use after termination of transactions or your membership
With the establishment of your membership you agree that the data of the transactions concerning your user name can be stored even after the expiry of the offer period.
